Responsibilities:
- Be an active part of the global IT team. Share responsibilities and contribute to the success of the global IT unit
- Participate in automation efforts across all parts of the IT operation, partnering with various leaders across the security team, R&D, the People team, and business units
- Participate in the management of our SaaS back-office stack (Google Workspaces, Okta, Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
- Identify and implement automation opportunities for IT processes
- Be part of the IaC efforts
- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues and come up with solutions
- Diagnose and troubleshoot users and endpoint (Windows & MacOS) issues and come up with solutions
- Accurately document and maintain our inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources
- Establish, document, and implement processes and procedures
- Skillfully manage relationships with vendors and contractors for all IT-related purposes
- Update and modify IT infrastructure to address scalability, repeatability, and security
- Make sure security is foremost in everything you do
