about the job

• Provide support to end users for their communication needs, covering laptops, monitors, mobile devices, and Office applications.
• Manage the life cycle of end user communication (EUC) devices.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing for end user communication (EUC) tools.
• Analyze trends in end user communication (EUC) and make recommendations accordingly.
• Resolve reported issues within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Supervise the management of IT assets according to recommended life spans.
• Ensure adherence to licensing requirements throughout the organization.
• Monitor server backup, update, and maintenance activities.
• Aid in the upgrade and maintenance of network equipment.
• Support vendor management for projects related to infrastructure.

skills and experience required
Ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in managing MS Active Directory, Windows OS, and Servers. Additionally, they should have expertise in end-point protection, software distribution, and mobile device management portals. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Administration, including SharePoint and Teams, is required. Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure and AWS would be beneficial.
