THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking an engineer to join our internal IT Team who are responsible for office IT and staff devices. You will be expected to acquire, install or upgrade hardware and software; provide routine automation; maintain security policies; manage deployment processes; troubleshoot issues. In this capacity, we are looking for a super smart, friendly, awesome, all around proud-to-be-a-geek individual who not only takes care of technology, but the people using it.
Our hosting landscape includes both traditional co-located hardware (Office Environment) and Cloud-based IaaS using both Azure, AWS and Cloudflare.
The right applicant will demonstrate an understanding of device management, Office 365 suite/Azure, and strong communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Professional Experience in Cloud Infrastructure (Azure) (Nice to have)
• Full Office 365 Suite Management
• Identity Management
• Okta Administration and SSO Config
• IT Security Concepts
• Zero Trust Knowledge

• JIRA for ticket resolution related to customer hosting and company issues
• JIRA Agile project work and internal group issue resolution
• Good communication skills, both verbally and written (part of a global team)
• Management of inventory covering physical and virtual devices
• Configuration of office network components in a consistent manner
• Installing software updates and signatures in a consistent manner
• Review of network performance, collection of performance data for analysis
• Using of logging and monitoring systems
• Provide first and second-line support for desktop hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and software applications.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment.
• Understanding Change Control and deployment processes
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users.
