ABOUT US

We are the Core Financing Platform tribe and we have the full responsibility for solutions that handles finance in the Nordics. Our solutions include web apps, business critical processes, data heavy backends with complex calculation algorithms and more.
We are working in agile squads in an international organization and you will have an important role in the daily activities. The activities will be performed in close collaboration with the representatives from the business where we continuously improve the customer experience, our products and our IT landscape. We value flexibility, diversity and the differences among us, and we are focused on paying attention to the employee’s needs which is why we also offer you the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week.

A GREAT MATCH

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has a scientific education within software technologies.
• Has experience or knowledge about APIs.
• Cares about the solution rather than the technologies we use.
• Speaks and write English fluently.

• Has knowledge of the Danish language.Wants to learn COBOL and Mainframe technologies.

• We expect that you have a great interest in programming and would like to keep yourself updated on the development we experience within the IT industry. It is not important whether you have a couple of years’ experience or are newly educated – we find it important that you are interested in building the future of Danske Bank’s housing finance across the Nordics in collaboration with a lot of skilled colleagues.

You will assist us in modernizing and maintaining the important backend mainframe systems. We are continuously working on integrating mainframe systems to newer technologies like public cloud (AWS) which is a complex challenge – and we need your assistance and knowledge.
You will participate in the dialogue about how the business needs and our technological ambitions can be translated into great solutions.
