Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience 2 to 3 years in IT management, with a track record of successfully leading teams and projects.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security best practices. Software and Security Application (Veeam Backup, VM Hyper V Microsoft Server 2022, FortiGate Firewall, Update and Upgrade MS Office, MS Windows and MS Exchange.
- Proven experience in testing, maintenance, and support of IT systems, with a focus on server health checks and firmware updates.
- Strong knowledge of remote desktop support tools and techniques.
- Proven experience in solution deployment, with expertise in Managed Engine and Hornet Security products.
- Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies and best practices.
- Proven experience in infrastructure development, with expertise in designing network diagrams and recommending network solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
