Responsibilities:

  • Travel to remote sites to perform routine maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide onsite IT support at field locations by resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Collaborate with the central IT team to implement IT related projects and initiatives pertaining to renovations, acquisitions and internet rollout, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures across all sites.
  • Assist in the management of IT assets, including deployment, tracking, and decommissioning.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and system usage.
  • Assist the ServiceDesk team with general ticketing inquiries by responding promptly to IT support tickets and providing timely solutions.
  • Document all actions and report on service performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with the Manager, IT Field & Vendor Services for effective and timely execution of projects and support issues.
  • Stay updated on new technology and suggest improvements to existing IT processes and infrastructure.
