GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the TAX transformation program, we are looking for an IT functional Analyst to support the development teams in defining and writing detailed functional specifications.

The candidate must have:

• At least 5 years of experience of this field.
• Knowledge on tax and accounting domain is considerate as a strong asset.
• Strong presentation and writing skills in English.
• Sense of details.

The candidate must be able to:

• Conducting workshops with the business to elite requirements.
• Writing use cases that must be clear enough by the business and the development team to deliver the expected features.
• Modelling business process.
• Writing functional requirements document in continuous way.
• Analyzing and documenting the impact of the RFCs.
• Supporting the project manager, testers, and developers during the sprints.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

Mandatory competencies:

• Business process modelling competencies are mandatory.
• Confident with use of backlog tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Confident with use of Microsoft Office tools.
• Optional competencies:
• Confident with ARIS is considerate as a strong asset.
