Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE

You will be responsible for driving the overall management of technology projects, improvising and optimising processes to ensure that the outcomes meet the business strategy, within the applicable timeframes and budget parameters. You shall possess a strong understanding of IT governance principles, project management methodologies, and excellent communication and project management skills. Through building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as the liaison between the Technology, Commercial and Operations Teams and APAC subsidiary stakeholders, you are to elicit, develop and document the business requirements as well as process map the AS-IS process into the TO-BE processes accordingly.
In this position, you are reporting to Chief Information Officer APAC, and the role is based in Singapore.

YOUR TASKS

  • Support the full delivery lifecycle ensuring business requirements are properly understood and met by the delivered solution, including supporting the creation and execution of test scripts and the data cleansing / migration approach.
  • Work with business stakeholders to investigate, analyse, review, define and document business requirements, identify available options and recommend high-level solutions aligned with the overall architecture vision.
  • Establish business case to justify business requests by internal stakeholders and produce high-level business models.
  • Manage the preparation of requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations ensuring they are translated into functional specifications.
  • Oversee implementation process for IT projects and IT systems implementation, managing project members and vendors to stay within deadlines and budgets.
  • Ensure effective IT Governance by aligning IT initiatives with the business strategy, analysing business models and operational systems, and maintaining a detailed knowledge of the business end-to-end processes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices and standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize IT governance processes and project delivery.Act as a liaison between the internal business stakeholders and IT department.
