REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years’ experience in Application and Data/BI environments
- Experience in leading teams across multiple geographies
- Experience in managing the delivery of complex programs of work & products
- Experience in defining the future strategy and transformation of technology and evolving ways of working
- Solid understanding of the cybersecurity, risk and compliance requirements in an ICT context (e.g. ASD Essential 8, ISO 27001, ISO 9001)
- Detailed knowledge of COTS applications and the Software Development lifecycle
- Degree Qualified

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Reporting directly to the newly appointed CIO, this pivotal role will sit within the tech leadership team and be accountable for the direction, delivery and performance of application maintenance and support services used throughout the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build & lead a high-performing technology team to create and build a continuous improvement, positive team environment and culture
- Create an environment of continuous improvement and actively champion contemporary delivery practices, supported by effective governance
- Lead data governance and stewardship from a business perspective and champion leveraging “data as an asset”
- Collaborate with key departments to develop data-driven insights, actions and overall BI strategy
- Vendor and commercial management as it relates to the negotiation of contracts, and proactive management of cost and performance within your functional P&L
