Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the first point of contact for customers requesting technical support via phone or e-mail.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting via diagnostic techniques and patient questions
  • Finding the best solution based on the problem and the customer’s input
  • Guide the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of personnel for assistance
  • Providing accurate information about IT products or services
  • Recording of incidents and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Track and update customer status and information
  • Passing on customer feedback or suggestion to the appropriate internal team
  • Bachelor’s degree in information science, computer science or similar field or relevant experience
  • Proven work experience as an IT technician help desk or system administrator
  • Technically proficient with working knowledge of office automation products and remote control
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical products
  • Abilty to diagnose and solve basic technical problems
  • Customer oriented and levelheaded
  • Very good knowledge of English (daily working language)
  • Excellent communications skill
  • German language knowledge is nice to have
