ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst for an innovative client. You will be providing Product Specialist level technical expertise in delivering services across the Implementation to Service cycle.

You will be:

• Provide expert advice in the support and maintenance of desktop PCs, mobile devices and associated operating systems and applications; interfacing directly with end users to ensure their smooth operation and to resolve any reported issues
• Provide Tier 1 - 3 support for helpdesk tasks, performing tasks to a high standard and in accordance with SLAs
• Respond to Email and Phone support tickets in a timely manner
• Raise bug & fault requests to the Development Team & channel partners

About you:

• Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a Systems/Network Administration role
• Experience in delivering technical support in a medium to large diverse organization
• Knowledge across a wide range of areas including (but not limited to) Core infrastructure services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Mail, Hypervisor) and technologies such as backup, recovery and virtualisation (Veeam, VMware, HyperV, etc)
• Some experience in technical team leadership, support, mentoring and skills improvement
• Excellent communication skills

Salary will be between $70,000 - $80,000 per annum for the right candidate.
