- Monitor and troubleshoot identity issues and incidents, and provide root cause analysis and remediation.
- Research and evaluate new identity technologies and trends, and provide guidance and recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Document and maintain identity architecture, policies, standards, and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, product, security, and other teams to ensure alignment and coordination of identity solutions and initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in designing and implementing identity solutions using Azure AD and Okta.
- Expert knowledge of identity protocols, standards, and best practices, such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, etc.
- Experience with identity integrations with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS.
- Experience with PAM solutions and concepts, such as privileged identities, just-in-time access, least privilege, etc.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Relevant certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect, Okta Certified Professional, or CISSP, are a plus.
