Description:
We have a new vacancy for an IT Infrastructure Administrator which is a newly created position at Commercial. You will report directly to the IT Infrastructure and Security Manager and you will be part of Commercial’s Business Systems team and plays a vital part in our internal business operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a first contact point for internal staff and their IT issues and requests.
- Helping to maintain the company’s Internal IT systems and Cybersecurity portfolio.
- Correctly log and update tickets, triage support calls and maintain team tickets.
- Own and fix basic IT issues including hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Perform account administration, creation, modification and deletion of accounts, ongoing account reviews.
- Assist with IT Infrastructure Projects, including the ongoing development of systems, new systems and partake in the decommissioning of systems.
- Maintain desktops, laptops, servers in line with patching and security requirements.
- Work with third parties for IT Infrastructure where required, including cloud service providers.
- Deliver basic IT training for new and existing staff.
- Support the IT Infrastructure team with ISO audits, security releases and change management.
- Ensure paperwork related to projects is accurate and complete.
- Support the IT Infrastructure team out of hours, 2 Saturdays per month required.
