IT Infrastructure Engineer - In-house Support / wm

REQUIREMENTS:

• CCNA or MCSE certification preferred, VCP holder highly desired.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying updated with IT trends.
• Solid understanding of networks, servers, firewalls, and IT security.
• Experience with system service providers is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for communicating with Mandarin-speaking associates.

• Oversee all IT operations for the Singapore office and its clients.
• Provide helpdesk support to end users.
• Administer servers and maintain network infrastructure.
• Ensure maximum uptime for network infrastructure.
• Schedule data backups and monitor firewall.
• Support and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, routers, switches, VPN, etc.
• Resolve server/PC viruses and spyware issues.
• Plan and perform scheduled maintenance upgrades.
• Conduct IT training for end users.
• Investigate and resolve computer software and hardware issues.
• Maintain records of software licenses.
• Monitor information security within the organization.
• Manage inventory of equipment, consumables, and supplies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
• Provide remote support to overseas users within Asia.
• Assist in maintaining clients’ websites.
