Our Platform Services team is currently growing! We’re seeking an IT Administrator/Business System Tech.
The primary responsibility of the IT Administrator/Business System Tech is to provide exceptional support services to all business units within the enterprise. Working closely with the Corporate Technology, Infrastructure Specialists, Systems Architects and Applications Systems Specialists you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, managing, and support of the company’s Transfer Agency and Document Imaging solutions

WHAT ARE THE PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN IT ADMINISTRATOR/BUSINESS SYSTEM TECH?

• Professional Experience - Minimum 1-2 years work experience in a similar role, Proficient in SQL scripting, Exposure to SQL Server SSIS and SSRS, Exceptional troubleshooting skills, Experience with numerous environments and architectures, Working knowledge of the following applications: Visual Studio, JBOSS, Apache Web Sever, Salesforce
• Education Requirements - Undergraduate degree in Computer Sciences preferred or equivalent experience, preferably in the Financial Services Industry.
• Computer knowledge - Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite of products, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access. Capability to produce diverse reports, manage and run SQL scripts. Eager to learn emerging technologies.

• Connaissances informatiques – maîtrise des produits de la suite Microsoft Office, d’Outlook, d’Excel, de Word et d’Access; capacité de produire divers rapports et de gérer et d’exécuter des scripts SQL; vif intérêt pour les technologies émergentes

• Act as a triage point for addressing technical inquiries and issues.
• Monitor and respond to open tickets submitted through the company’s incident management system ensuring timely response and resolution.
• Prioritization and handling of service requests and incidents within predetermined SLAs
• Develop, test, and maintain interactive Adobe forms.
• Interact with business stakeholders to interpret business requirements and rules
• Collaborate with QA teams and documentation personnel in developing test plans and user documentation.
• Provide second level application support, resolving technical queries and communicating solutions directly to customers.
• Monitor systems alerts, perform necessary troubleshooting, and escalate issues as required.
• Assist in audit processes including CSOX, ERM, IT Controls, MFDA, and IIROC, ensuring compliance and support.
