We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, managing a small team of IT professionals, and ensuring the seamless functioning of all technical systems within the organization, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Azure and Virtual Desktops.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Fluency in English to articulate problems/solutions (flexibility to support US/EST time zone)
  • 7+ years hands on administration/set-up experience on Microsoft 365 (MFA, Licenses, quarantined emails, changing passwords, etc.)
  • 5+ years experience on Azure and Virtual Desktops.
  • Some experience in CRM
  • Team leadership, managing and mentoring a small team of technical staff.
  • Communication skills to discuss with non-technical teams, explaining issues, causes and resolutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2-3 IT professionals providing 1st line support.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Provide technical support for staff and resolve escalated IT issues.
  • Implement proactive measures to prevent system downtime.
  • Infrastructure Management:
  • Oversee the maintenance, security, and performance of the company’s IT systems.
  • Implement best practices for network and server infrastructure.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Manage and coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize IT initiatives.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage and coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Security and Compliance:
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness.
