We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the IT department in the Americas, specifically in Canada and the US. Reporting directly to Josh Harrington - Director of Information Security and Technology, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the team’s efficiency, aligning IT initiatives with stakeholder requirements, and contributing to the global vision of One Caseware.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT department in the Americas, including personnel management for a team of 7, with a focus on team development and upskilling.
- Align and collaborate with other IT departments globally, and the EU IT Manager based in the UK.
- Execute on key projects such as the migration from Google Suite to MS Suite, IT service management uplift, and Procurement and Vendor Management.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of technical needs, consolidating opportunities, and managing hardware and software effectively.
- Collaborate with the IT Security team, ensuring a cohesive approach to security initiatives and addressing upcoming needs.
- Manage training programs designed to educate the organization’s computer users about basic computer use and specialized applications.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Develop information technology projects and provide strategic management and objectives for the department.
- Provide strategic updates to the Director of IT and Security, contributing to long-term IT and Security strategies that align with the overall ELT strategy.
