COMPENSATION

• Starting at $95,000-$95,000
• 2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start
• 9 Paid Holidays, including your birthday
• 401k - 100% vested after 90 days, up to a 4% match of gross salary

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience working with information technology, required
• Experience in IT Project Management, strongly preferred
• Experience working in Yardi / RentCafe / Funnel, strongly preferred
• Experience working in Office 365, required
• Great verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, collaboration and communication, organization

As IT Manager, you will utilize your database and project management experience to administer all aspects of Cornerstone’s hardware and software platforms.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, implement, train, and troubleshoot all internal software platforms to include Yardi, RentCafe, Payscan,VendorCafe, and Funnel CRM
• Manage a symbiotic relationship with our MSP forOffice 365, network, and security management
• Provide hardware and software setup and support to employees including onboarding,training, and continued support to employees
• Create and manage technical training guides and resources
• Recommend and implement new platforms and systems to continually increase efficiency
• Manage subscriptions and work with various technology vendors to negotiate contracts
• Manage inventory of allequipment, including iPhones, computers, monitors, laptops, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
