QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field, or relevant industry certifications, or relevant working experience.Good understanding of IT administration, support and infrastructure management.

EXPERIENCE LEVELS:

We welcome candidates at all experience levels: Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, Manager.

• Infrastructure Management: Maintain servers, networks, and hardware.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
• System Security: Monitor performance and ensure IT system security.
• Installation & Configuration: Set up and maintain IT equipment/software.
• Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with external vendors and handle IT procurement.
• Documentation: Maintain IT process and procedure documentation.
• Microsoft 365: Manage services like Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Network Security: Manage FortiGate Firewall for network security.Project Participation: Support IT projects and initiatives.
