In line with our expansion into new market segments and region, we are looking for high-caliber individuals for the following position.

CORE SKILLS:

• The ability to manage all the Company’s physical technology assets, including cameras, printers, alarm systems, close circuit televisions and recording equipment and routers to ensure that they are in working condition and upgraded regularly;
• The ability to provide technology support to all staff on their company-Issued hardware, software, communication and multimedia assets;
• The ability to manage the Company’s email and skype account;The ability to manage IT user and access rights for file server.

REQUIREMENTS

• Recognised Bachelor’s Degree in IT;
• Proven work experience and have at least 3-4 years of working experience in IT Operations support;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Must be able to work independently, take ownership of tasks and deliver outcomes in a timely manner;
• Good analytical problem-solving skills with an innovative approach to providing solutions;
• Competent at documenting standard/ applications operating procedures, processes, and work instruction;
• Ability to balance day-to-day operations with administrative tasks;
• MCSA, MCSE, CCNA certification will be an added advantage.

• Manage technology related projects that are given to your care, which usually includes overseeing third party contractors as well as internal technology and multimedia teams to improve the technology and infrastructure of the Company;
• Manage all third-party technology supplier contract negotiations and reviews, including physical and virtual hosting suppliers, software developers and contract suppliers for social media and other support services, including for contract negotiation and service level agreements;
• Manage all the Company’s websites, including ensuring 24X7 availability, website security, password access, url renewals and administration support, SEO and marketing analytics;
• Manage all the Company’s Databases and Content Management Systems, including ensuring daily physical and/virtual backups, availability and integration with third party systems;
• Manage the Security of all websites, databases, physical NAS, firewalls and physical premises by investing in regular upgrades, testing against hack attempts and conducting forensics on attempts to heck the systems.
