Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Network Analyst to join our Endpoint Team. This role entails comprehensive IT management responsibilities alongside collaborating cross-functionally with IT, operations, and compliance teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Job Functions

  • Endpoint Management: Packaging scripts within intune or kace to deploy new programs. updating programs, patching workstations, configure intune profiles or group policies to maintain a consistent and functional end user experience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and compliance to understand requirements, address challenges, and deliver effective IT solutions.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to internal teams and end-users, troubleshoot IT issues, and offer timely solutions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • User Onboarding: Helping to automate and streamline the user onboarding experience to make sure the user has the accounts, permissions and hardware required when they first start at Nucor Rebar Fabrication.
  • Mobile Device Management: Being an expert with Apple Devices (iPad, iPhone) and also with MDM’s you will be assisting with troubleshooting issues and also deploying apps and configuration profiles to devices.
  • Office Phone system deployment: Ordering, deploying, troubleshooting office phone systems such as fortinet, mitel, teams.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Documenting new processes or technologies we have implemented. Running reports on inventory, licensing, configuration etc.

Minimum Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • University degree or college diploma in the field of Computer Science or related technical experience with diploma/degree
  • Proven experience as a Network Analyst or similar role, with a focus on IT endpoint services.
  • Extensive experience with PowerShell and writing scripts to automate processes and tasks
  • Experience with multi-Cloud environments (Azure, Office 365)
  • Experience with OneDrive Services.
  • Experience with Intune services (computers & mobile devices)
  • Experience designing, planning and implementing Windows Group Policy
  • Experience with intune configuration profiles
  • Experience Packaging and deploying applications, patches, scripts and updates to endpoints
  • Experience managing imaging service (SCCM, KACE, AutoPilot)
  • Experience with Apple devices and enterprise management of them (Intune, ABM)
  • Experience with Hyper V and VMware
  • Experience with Windows server
  • Excellent understanding of and experience with networking principles, standards and technology including TCP/IP, WANs, V/LANs, VPN, Wi-Fi, NAC, and common protocols including SMTP, HTTP/S, S/FTP, IPSEC, SSL/TLS/SSH, LDAP, DNS
