Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The ICT Officer role is designed to provide IT support services and professional assistance to CGH people across several local sites - In order to facilitate excellent care for our community.
DUTIES
Provide effective day to day support of the CGH Team
Facilitate CGH people for the effective use of computers and software applications
Certify all helpdesk support calls are actioned within the specified timeframe
Provide high level support with implementation and support of information systems across CGH
Participate with implementation and decision making on CGH ICT projects
