We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled IT Onsite Engineer to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. This role requires a hands-on professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional technical support to our clients.
- Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of IT systems.
- Assist in the deployment and implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all service requests, incidents, and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Provide user training and support as needed.
