Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in troubleshooting - hardware and software
  • Knowledge of English and German at least B2+ level
  • Familiarity with Tickets Systems, Office 365, Active Directory, Outlook and SCCM
  • Technical knowledge in terms of network and server support
  • Willingness to work onsite at one of the locations (Lörrach, Waiblingen, Heidelberg, Berlin or Gelsenkirchen)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in technical writing (preparing documentation of procedures and troubleshooting steps)
  • A driver’s license is an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Onsite support users in resolving technical inquiries and problems
  • Perform installation and configuration of hardware/software
  • Assist in the implementation, migration and relocation of the workplace
  • Perform error analysis
  • Maintain documentation of successful solutions to problems in the ticket system.
