Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in troubleshooting - hardware and software
- Knowledge of English and German at least B2+ level
- Familiarity with Tickets Systems, Office 365, Active Directory, Outlook and SCCM
- Technical knowledge in terms of network and server support
- Willingness to work onsite at one of the locations (Lörrach, Waiblingen, Heidelberg, Berlin or Gelsenkirchen)
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in technical writing (preparing documentation of procedures and troubleshooting steps)
- A driver’s license is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Onsite support users in resolving technical inquiries and problems
- Perform installation and configuration of hardware/software
- Assist in the implementation, migration and relocation of the workplace
- Perform error analysis
- Maintain documentation of successful solutions to problems in the ticket system.
