WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Manage many company-wide systems (ex, Google Workspace, Okta, Zoom)
• Go to person for the office network infrastructure. Being able to support internal network and wifi issues.
• Develop and document IT processes and best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees for hardware and software issues.
• Build automation to enable scalable processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Manage and maintain inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software licences.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to make recommendations for improvements.
• Train employees on IT best practices and use of technology tools.

As an IT Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure. You will ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems, provide technical support to employees, and contribute to ongoing IT projects. You will balance conflicting priorities, from employee productivity to security.
