JOB DESCRIPTION:

In order to support our Proximity Support Team, Airbus is looking for an IT Operations Manager - Digital Workplace (d/f/m) .
The aim of Digital Workplace is to improve user experience, productivity, drive cost savings while enabling flexibility and innovation by providing employees with simple, intuitive and easy to use workplace tools and services.
The core elements are: Devices & Services, Employee Collaboration,
User Experience with focus on cloud solutions like Google Workspace, WorkspaceOne.
Our team Proximity Support is providing E2E support throughout Digital Workplace and across the Digital organization.
This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • You hold a degree in the areas of (business) economics or computer science or a similar qualification and bring first work experience in Data Analytics & Business Relationship Management
  • You are able to operate without supervision and to learn quickly in a complex environment
  • You bring experience in the usage of the ServiceNow tool
  • You are highly experienced in the usage of Google Workspace
  • Ideally, you bring solid knowledge of ITIL & Lean methodology
  • You are fluent in German
  • Experience in internal social media publishing & affinity to communicate and presentation to others would be a plus

EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

Entry Level

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the Service Monitoring using ServiceNow dashboards to ensure the quality of services delivered based on Service Level Agreements, identification of issues, risks and escalations
  • You will define and take the appropriate actions and you will be supporting User Acceptance Tests
  • You will be in charge of the Supplier Management including support questions related to the DW process, governance and policies, review of root cause analysis plus action plan progress.
  • You will hold face-to-face meetings with business representatives to understand their requirements and to collect feedback to enable continuous improvement of DW products.
  • You will be responsible for the Escalation Management on daily Business demands & issues in collaboration with others Digital teams to ensure maximum efficiency of DW services.
  • You will drive and run Customer Knowledge Management by launching campaigns, collecting and preparing relevant Information Management data through various channels based on the audience (Airbus Customer, Newcomer, Manager, Supplier…)
  • You will contribute to company wide projects to deliver Digital Workplace inputs and expertise
