An exciting IT Operations Manager Role with a Digital Bank in Singapore!

My client is a Digital Bank in Singapore and we are looking for a passionate seasoned professional to join the IT Operations and Infrastructure Management team, who will be in charge of the Bank’s overall IT operations, infrastructure support and production control. Managing daily IT operational tasks, improving productivity, and maintaining the bank’s infrastructure stability over cloud infrastructure.

• Execute day-to-day processes and activities of IT Operations & infrastructure to ensure the reliability, availability, and security of systems, services, and infrastructure through the established IT Operation’s policies, procedures and processes
• Administer Bank’s infrastructure including but not limited to Core banking applications, the end user IT assets, data backup & storage operations, payment systems (SWIFT, MEPS+, Paynow/FAST, etc) and third-party applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex incidents and problems and implement application operations (upgrades, migrations, and patches)
• Manage production incidents, and establish controls through the overall ITSM framework.
• Work with relevant departments on the Bank’s disaster recovery strategy, planning and the corresponding drills and executions
• Manage IT audits and assessments where required.JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree Holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Experience in Project Management, end-user, and IT operational support, with experience in banking and finance is preferred
• Solid understanding and practice of IT service management. Experience with ITIL is advantageous.
• MUST HAVE: Experience in Core Banking Systems and Cloud
• Experienced in managing incident and problem management, including but not limited to third-party services, data center solutions
• Additional experience in third-party vendor expertise is beneficial

• Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin to communicate with overseas stakeholders
