• O365 and Azure Cloud Services: Leverage and manage our O365 and Azure cloud services to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and security.
• Performance Assessment: Continuously assess system performance and recommend improvements.
• Issue Resolution: Address escalated issues from technicians and engineers.
• Cost Management: Control costs related to IT systems, including vendor contracts and software licenses.
• Collaboration with CISO: Work closely with our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to ensure alignment with security policies.
• Endpoint and Identity Management: Utilize your minimum 2 years of experience in endpoint and identity management in the cloud (Hybrid) to enhance security and streamline processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Employ your risk-based approach to solve IT challenges and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• DORA Implementation: Help implement and facilitate DORA (DevOps Research and Assessment) practices in collaboration with the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and Security departments.
• Asset Management and CMDB Processes: Leverage your expertise in building asset management and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes.
• SSO and SCIM: Streamline Single Sign-On (SSO) and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) across critical business applications.
• Reporting to the Head of IT Operations and Data Management: Collaborate with the Head of IT Operations and Data Management to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
