ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a proactive and communicative IT Operations Working Student (m/f/d) to join our growing team. You will assist with software and hardware administration and computer networks in this position. You will also help out with technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the organization and ensure that IT systems are fully operational.
Start date: Immediately

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You install, configure, monitor, and maintain our IT computer systems and networks, ensuring trouble-free operation
• You are the first contact person when it comes to the development, maintenance, and support of our network, colleagues’ systems, and other hardware
• You set up new colleagues’ profiles in multiple systems
• You repair and replace equipment as necessary
• You test new technologies in the IT field
• You maintain company digital security by performing risk assessments and educating colleagues about computer security
• You assist with other IT projects as needed
