IT Performance Analyst

The IT Performance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of IT systems and applications. This role will involve identifying performance issues, recommending improvements, and implementing solutions to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with performance monitoring tools, and a background in IT infrastructure and application performance management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computing or related field.
• Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience in performance management related

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement and maintain monitoring tools to track IT KPIs.
• Analyze data to identify performance trends and potential issues.
• Develop dashboard and reports to track KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with function IT team to investigate & implement mitigation plan.
• Work with cross functional team for improvement and ensure IT KPIs are on track.
• Regular review & update APAC IT KPIs dashboard, ensure up to date IT performances are

• Proven experience in IT performance management, monitoring, and analysis.
