Key priorities:

• Collaborate with development and OES technical team members to maintain an up to date, secure environment, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Provide effective technical support to systems users and remain open to learning new technologies.
• Coordinate ad-hoc IT projects, small initiatives, and ongoing minor tweaks to configuration, enhancements, optimisations, and customisations.
• Manage and document Youi customisations and systems, including Youi-specific configuration management and associated documentation.
• Ensure continuous maintenance of system documentation generated during maintenance activities and provide support for future upgrades.
• Monitor and enhance the availability and performance of computer systems, plan system capacities, manage user requirements, including disk space management, and ensure systems are backed up according to the appropriate schedule.
• Install, test, and maintain system software, and address issues in operating system software while offering technical consultation to users and System Programmers.
