This role can be done 100% remotely from Poland.
Responsibilities:
As an IT Portfolio Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and governance of over 1,000 IT projects spanning three sectors and support functions. Within this framework, the IT Portfolio Manager assumes a key responsibility for IT portfolio reporting and the ongoing development and maintenance of our portfolio management tool. You will be orchestrating training sessions for the portfolio and project community within IT, as well as managing communication channels such as MS Teams or EVA (intranet). You will be actively engaged in refining and advancing the portfolio management process, ensuring its effectiveness, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. This multifaceted role demands a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and project management skills. In this role you will also c ollaborate with key stakeholders across IT, business, finance, and compliance to provide support on project and portfolio management operations. You will monitor and track project and portfolio management processes and provide recommendations for improvement based on observed trends and metrics. You will maintain project and portfolio management templates, tools, and materials up to date. You will also ensure users are trained on project and portfolio management processes, tools, and techniques. You will ensure data accuracy and completeness in project management tools, systems, and databases. Collaborating with the Head of IT Portfolio Management to develop and implement new IT project and portfolio management policies, procedures, and standards will be key. You will ensure user manuals and workings Instructions are up to date according to tools releases and process changes. You will support preparation of Portfolio Management Office newsletters, and intranet information for end users and upport automation enhancements and processes simplification.
