The Digital & IT Portfolio department handles business relationship management, IT innovation, and the overall IT delivery portfolio. By improving portfolio processes, engaging with businesses, and scouting new technologies, we trial innovative IT solutions and drive change. We seek a hands-on IT Portfolio Manager passionate about portfolio management, with experience and new ideas to advance our practices. You will be supporting and working closely with a colleague, forming a self-managing team, sharing tasks, and leveraging each other’s strengths. Experience in strategic alignment is highly valued.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will consist of:

• Steering, monitoring, and continuously improving portfolio processes
• Developing a bi-modal portfolio setup (agile and classic)
• Building and maintaining a strategy-aligned, prioritized portfolio backlog
• Identifying and mitigating risks impacting portfolio success
• Defining, measuring, and improving portfolio performance (value, speed, quality)
• Creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Supporting strategic alignment, budget, and capacity management, and facilitating communication and coordination between teams and stakeholders
