Your tasks
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Processes Quality Manager (m/f/diverse). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our organization’s IT processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize IT processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT process management, quality assurance, and a passion for driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain IT processes and procedures to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices
  • Guarantee the application of IT process, training, and functional documentation methodologies, ensuring standards are in place and/or implemented
  • Support the competence centers and regions to evaluate and design improvement measures
  • Optimize the IT Onboarding Process
  • Drive the alignment and documentation of IT processes for CT Quality Management System/Integrated Management System
  • In coordination with each IT CC, develop and implement a knowledge management process and tool
  • Lead and coordinate the Local Key User community(ies) as part of the strategy for cascading know-how and operational excellence
  • Manage official communication for IT, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in all communications within the IT department and with other departments as needed

Your profile

  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience as an industrial engineer, business manager or comparable domains through several years of practical work
  • Several years of experience in IT process management, quality assurance, or related field
  • Strong understanding of standard frameworks such as ISO 20000, ITIL, COBIT, etc
  • Certification in ITIL, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality management methodologies is a plus
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing IT processes and procedures
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), German language skills are a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in building and facilitating complex workshops
