IT PRODUCT OWNER - QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated experience of over 6 years in Project/Service Management within IT Infrastructure solutions.
• Possesses strong organizational skills, characterized by a systematic and dynamic approach with strong capacity of being AUTONOMOUS
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, showcasing excellent communication abilities.

• Develop and oversee the Project Implementation Plan and associated budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the customer throughout all project phases (invite them for lunch, professionnal visit, etc.).
• Effectively manage project team members, including Technicians, Consultants, and Specialists.
• Collaborate closely with the customer, centralizing and disseminating project information to ensure quality and meet financial goals.
• Provide regular, detailed reporting to both the customer and management, keeping them informed on project progress.
