Description:

The role of Program Director for ERP Globalization is critical in the company’s corporate information technology (IT) function and requires experience and expertise in managing complex global programs, projects, and partner with various IT and Business delivery teams ensuring successful delivery of projects. The Program Director will be responsible for the successful multi-year global delivery and organizational integration of Aristocrat’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system solution, Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as the associated interfacing systems. The scope of the overall program includes both technology and business transformation across the ERP related functional areas inc domains of Financial Management and Supply Chain Management. The role will be accountable for supervising requirements management, integrated solution design, configuration and development tasks, and the overall organizational change management effort. This position requires strong leadership, mentorship, and oversight of IT staff, Business staff, and external implementation partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive effective program management, governance, and implementation of best practices across the program, including regular operations reviews and steering committees.
  • Deliver insightful reporting and dashboards for Business and IT stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and attainment of program objectives.
  • Build trusted relationships within IT, Finance, CRM, Compliance, and the Global Supply Chain organizations - to ensure clear project objectives, collaborative delivery, and shared accountability.
  • Partner with Business Engagement Managers and business leadership to plan new joint initiatives, evaluate proposals, and develop creative solutions where high levels of complexity and uncertainty exist.
  • Deliver high-impact executive-level presentations on project, portfolio, and roadmap status.
  • Strategically identify and prioritize project, program, and portfolio objectives, effectively addressing challenges while communicating associated risks and opportunities.
  • Monitor projects, programs, and portfolios to ensure compliance with project policies and standards as well as keeping to schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.
  • Exhibit expertise in various project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scaled Agile, Waterfall), tailoring approaches to project requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team of Program Managers and Project Managers, ensuring their collective success across distributed work environments.
