QLD state government organisation seeking an IT Project Coordinator
YOUR NEW COMPANY
A leading and crucial QLD state government organisation are seeking an IT Project Coordinators to work on the rollout of a state-wide SAP based workforce management program. This is to be used across the entirety of Queensland and will see you be based in either Townsville or Mackay.

YOUR NEW ROLE
Established many years ago to service the needs of Queenslanders throughout the state from Coolangatta to the Torres Strait, this Brisbane headquartered organisation are undergoing several SAP based transformations. To assist them in these, they are expanding their state wide team to hire professionals in several regions to help and assist local sites during this technical transition whilst liaising with counterparts across the state (with travel if/when required).
Working within the Corporate Enterprise Solutions directorate and reporting to the Brisbane based Program Manager, you will work as part of the state-wide multi-disciplined Integrated Workforce Management team who are responsible for the successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA across localised regions.
Your duties on this program will encompass a range of responsibilities which are all aimed at ensuring the smooth running of each stage of the project such that major milestones are achieved. To do this, you will conduct a variety of tasks such as governance, reporting, data integrity, facilitating meetings and workshops, action tracking, documentation configuration, project deadline management and risk identification. Not just limited to back-office tasks, you will also engage with high level stakeholders across the organization, manage external parties (vendors, suppliers etc), partake in cross departmental meetings and have a major impact on the direction of each stage of the program.
