Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

Join our dynamic UK team and take on a pivotal role in supporting our UK-based clients with their resource needs. As a project coordinator, you’ll collaborate closely with our clients to understand their staffing requirements, particularly in the realm of IT, spanning from Backend (Java), Frontend (JavaScript), Quality Testing expertise, and more. Your primary focus will be to identify and engage with talented consultants, ensuring a seamless integration into our clients’ teams.
You’ll serve as the main point of contact between candidates and clients, facilitating effective communication and matching the right talent to the right roles. From initial request to the candidate’s first day on the project, you’ll orchestrate the entire process, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate closely with UK-based clients to comprehensively understand their staffing needs, particularly in the IT sector.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and candidates, fostering effective communication channels to ensure alignment throughout the process.
  • Liaise with Line Managers, Project Managers, Vendor Management and Recruitment to identify and engage with talented consultants for various client project roles.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring an optimal match for each requirement.
  • Manage the end-to-end process, from initial client request to candidate onboarding, orchestrating all necessary steps for a seamless transition.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, and client meetings, scheduling and facilitating interactions to expedite decision-making processes.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to both clients and candidates, maintaining transparency and clarity throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and enhance overall efficiency in meeting client demands.
  • Proactively address any challenges or concerns that may arise during the process, employing problem-solving skills to achieve successful outcomes.
