Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with a focus on government projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. This role requires effective leadership and collaboration to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions in government settings.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in government projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Proficiency in Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to navigate complex government environments and procurement processes.
Familiarity with government regulations and security standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage technical projects for government clients from initiation to closure.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Utilize Agile methodologies to adapt to changing requirements and deliver value incrementally.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, security standards, and procurement processes.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.
Drive post-project reviews and lessons learned to enhance project delivery capabilities.
