Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with a focus on government projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. This role requires effective leadership and collaboration to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions in government settings.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in government projects.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

  • Proficiency in Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to navigate complex government environments and procurement processes.

  • Familiarity with government regulations and security standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST).

  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) is a plus.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage technical projects for government clients from initiation to closure.

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

  • Utilize Agile methodologies to adapt to changing requirements and deliver value incrementally.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, security standards, and procurement processes.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Drive post-project reviews and lessons learned to enhance project delivery capabilities.
