Qualifications

  • Strong customer centricity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in client management.
  • Ability to moderate and steer meetings with stakeholders at different hierarchy levels and business / technical backgrounds.
  • Flexible personality with strong result-orientation.
  • Certifiable experience in project management methodologies (agile and waterfall).
  • Holistic knowledge (big picture) of IT solutions (communication systems, applications, infrastructure) and system integration
  • Ability to interface between business and IT by transforming business requirements to technical requirements / designs.
  • Minimum of Bachelor degree in a STEM field.
  • Fluent in English.

    We are seeking an IT Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of advanced contact center IT solutions (SaaS) to both new and existing clients. In this role you will act as the main technical point of contact to our clients, support in the definition and design of solutions, and steer project implementations. To be successful in the role you will use your knowledge in project management methodologies as well as generalist IT solution know-how.

OBJECTIVES:

  • Support the growth of our “Contact Center as a Service” business as one of the key players in the cross-functional product team.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients in all IT-related topics.
  • Evaluate business needs of potential and existing clients and coordinate the design of fitting solutions based on the product portfolio.
  • Coordinate the efforts of the project contributors to ensure the successful implementation (time, scope, cost, quality) of the solutions to the clients’ satisfaction.
  • Support existing clients with change requests related to running services.
