Description:

  • The Project Manager will play a critical role in planning, executing, and closing cybersecurity projects to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
  • This position requires a strong background in cybersecurity, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in IT Project Management
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certification.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for cybersecurity projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication among team members.
  • Ensure alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.
  • Monitor project progress against timelines and milestones.
  • Identify and assess cybersecurity risks associated with projects.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure the implementation of security controls.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity specialists, engineers, and analysts.
  • Ensure that projects are executed within budget and meet quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including risk registers, issue logs, and lessons learned.
