Description:
- The Project Manager will play a critical role in planning, executing, and closing cybersecurity projects to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
- This position requires a strong background in cybersecurity, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in IT Project Management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certification.

Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for cybersecurity projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication among team members.
- Ensure alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and milestones.
- Identify and assess cybersecurity risks associated with projects.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure the implementation of security controls.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity specialists, engineers, and analysts.
- Ensure that projects are executed within budget and meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including risk registers, issue logs, and lessons learned.
