• Set up the project team and create a detailed project plan based on the project charter, encompassing scope, budget, resources, timeline, and deliverables
• Conduct ongoing project controlling and steering, managing daily activities, and chairing project management team meetings
• Regularly update and report project status to team members, program management, and stakeholders, while effectively managing stakeholder engagement
• Define and oversee project milestones and quality gates, ensuring deliverables meet set standards
• Handle project documentation and communicate key decisions, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
• Build and manage global, virtual teams, driving standardization and solution development within time, budget, and quality constraints
