IDEAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE IT PROJECT MANAGER – DEVOPS VACANCY:

• Good to very good university degree in computer science or a comparable course of study or equivalent practical knowledge.
• Several years of experience in managing software projects (preferably in an agile environment)
• Very good knowledge of software lifecycle management and the corresponding tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitHub) as well as project process models such as Scrum
• Practical experience in the principles of software engineering and in IT infrastructures (server systems, authorization systems, networks, VMs…) and their administration (e.g. Azure, AWS, hybrid = local + cloud)
• Routine in communication and collaboration with various stakeholders – in German and English
• Ability to form and lead project teams
• Organizational talent with strategic foresight as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
