IT Project Manager (Travel management)

Our global client is looking for a IT Project Manager to join their team as soon as possible! You will be running their IT project, envolving the business to it.
About the assignment and your responsibilities:
You will be working as the Project Manager in a project where travel management is the key topic. Key parties involved in the project are HR and finance, but in addition there is multiple other parties involved (external and internal).
Project is ongoing, currently managed with internal resources and first milestone is in September. Your task is to make sure that activities are connceted to each other. Project includes building new interfaces and integrations, and you have stronger role in the testing activities.

Required knowledge and experience:

• Prior Project Manager work experience
• Ability to handle large entities and to make sure that activities are connected to each other
• Ability to communicate and work with variety of different teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to understand project from IT perspective
• Knowledge about travel/finance related processes
• Ability to coordinate with end-to-end testers and give feedback (no need to be able to do testing themself)
• Ability to work well under pressure

Prior knowledge with SAP modules (middleware etc.) is seen as an advantage.
Allocation: Bigger in the beginning. Approximately 50 % towards the end.
Assignment start date: ASAP
Duration: 31.12.2024. Possibility for extension.
Location: Finland, Sweden / remote
Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
