We are looking for a IT Recruiter.

REQUIREMENTS

The candidate must have good communication skills, dynamism, creativity and a willingness to learn.

  • 2/3 years’ experience in IT recruitment;
  • Degree in Psychology, HR or similar;
  • Proficiency in English - mandatory;
  • Desire to work in the IT area;
  • Dynamism, persistence and capacity for achievement;
  • Use your creativity and persistence to get candidates in an area where competition is high.
  • Strong sense of responsibility;
  • Excellent teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Mapping and active search for candidates in the IT area;
  • Screening and selection of profiles;
  • Conducting interviews;
  • Carrying out technical validations with candidates;
  • Managing the recruitment process;
  • Managing the entire follow-up process with candidates.
