• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Technical Recruiting
• Knowledge of hiring processes and best practices
• Ability to effectively evaluate candidates and make data-driven hiring decisions
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools

We are expanding our internal product software teams and are looking for an IT Recruiter to help increase our hiring rate.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Carnaxide, Lisbon, for an IT Recruiter.
The IT Recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Our focus is on recruiting high-quality, product-building capable software developer teams. We are committed to this goal.
