Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Security Analyst to join our team in Adelaide. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the security of both our internal IT systems and those of our clients. As a Security Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge security technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security vulnerabilities and incidents.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in security operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Solid experience working in security.
  • Experience working with and managing Tenable Products (Nessus, tenable.io).
  • Experience with M365, Defender, Intune, Purview, etc.
  • Experience with SIEM products such as Sentinel and/or Splunk.
  • Experience with ISM, Essential Eight, PSPF, and ISO27001.
  • Investigate vulnerability scan status and findings. Provide consultation to cross-functional teams for vulnerability remediation.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management skills and experience in Security reporting & presenting to Senior Executives.
  • Monitoring & actioning Security-related Incidents & Requests in ServiceNow (ITSM tool).
  • Documentation Update \ Creation – Operational Procedures.
  • Development of Monthly Reporting.
  • Working on cloud technologies (Oracle, AWS & Azure) will be an advantage.
