about the job

• Provide oversight for cyber governance and risk management, including developing and implementing security policies and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Coordinate penetration testing and monitor vulnerability remediation.
• Identify and assess cyber risks, propose solutions, and maintain user awareness of emerging threats.
• Organize security awareness training for staff and act as the primary contact for inquiries from senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure prompt remediation of audit findings and conduct annual disaster recovery exercises.
• Regularly assess infrastructure for compliance and vulnerabilities and enforce identity and access management policies.
• Monitor user access activities and manage permissions across systems.
• Respond to security alerts and incidents, following established protocols and maintaining incident response plans.
• Develop and manage the Business Continuity Program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct due diligence on third parties to ensure compliance with outsourcing guidelines and operational risk management.

skills and experience required
At least 5 years of experience in the field of IT Security, coupled with professional certification such as CISSP, CISA, or CEH. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the financial services industry and familiarity with MAS guidelines.
