Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY:

- Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm/8:30pm - 5:30pm
Adecco is partnering with recognised organisation and they are looking for IT Security Analyst (Risk, Compliance & Audit) to join the Team! A great opportunity to work with the company who value growth opportunities, trainings and diversity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT or related field/experience
- 3-5 years IT security, risk management, and compliance experience
- Strong grasp of security concepts, frameworks, and methodologies
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
- Experience with security tools (e.g., vulnerability scanners, SIEM, IDS/IPS)
- CISA / CISM / CISSP certifications advantageous
- Knowledge of progreamming in PHP, C++, and Java programming (advantageous)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for risk management, compliance, security operations and colloboration
- Perform routine threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments, evaluate technologies against cybersecurity standards, prioritize IT security risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain the organization’s risk register
- Stay updated on IT security regulations and standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, ITRM, IM8). Develop, enforce, and monitor security policies and procedures, report compliance status to stakeholders, and initiate initiatives to ensure adherence to security requirements
- Monitor security logs for suspicious activity, mitigate data loss events, investigate incidents, participate in response exercises, and assist with deploying security tools.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance security awareness and practices, provide employee guidance and training on security policies, work with external auditors and regulators, and produce regular management reports on IT security.
