We are looking for an IT Security & Compliance Specialist with a focus on data protection and experience with ISO 27001.

• With at least 2 years of experience, you are already familiar with the following topics: IT security, data protection, compliance and tools for managing users & IT resources.
• You will be able to apply the knowledge you have acquired during your studies or comparable training (business informatics, IT, etc.).
• As the company will be scaling business in Europe, you should have very good communication & presentation skills in German or English.
• Internal audits: You contribute your ability to plan and carry out audits independently.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of TÜV certifications & experience in project management.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and great team spirit are your way to go

As IT Security & Compliance Specialist with a focus on Data Protection, you will work across departments. In practical terms, this means:

• You are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of ISMS in accordance with ISO 27001 and TÜV standards.
• Key role: You manage tools and user accounts to ensure a secure and efficient IT infrastructure.
• You will also act as coordinator of the central purchasing of IT-related products and services.
• You monitor adherence to data protection regulations & compliance requirements.
• You are responsible for planning, conducting and documenting internal audits to review processes and systems

• As main contact, you will provide the team with advice & support on regulatory issues and requirements.Your opinion is crucial: You identify potential for improvement and supporting the implementation of appropriate measures.
